Missing Child

Xochil Borbon fled Hawaii after a court hearing March 18th, 2020. There is a felony warrant for her arrest for custodial interference. We are extremely worried for Saylor's safety because it appears Xochil might not be of sound mind. In the 'Suspects' tab you will see pictures of two women we believe to be helping Xochil.
